THE SPIRIT OF HORDAK!

This is what "The Spirit Of Hordak" figure looked like when it was on sale at Mattycollector for about 40 minutes today.

Earlier today, a surprise, mystery figure went on sale at Mattycollector.com. It was something completely unexpected and most people were left blissfully unaware.

Until they weren't.

And then they were a mixture of  shocked and enraged.

I was alerted to all this by fellow Hoard Worlder Dan Maraldo (all the screen grabs you see in this post were originally taken by him except for one - no matter what sites you see it on) at about 4.30AM in the morning Hoard World Time (I'm sure it was NOT that time for a lot of you) and I couldn't believe my own eyes when I saw it.

Was this for real? Yes. Yes it was.

I uploaded this pic that Dan had shown me to the Hoard World Facey B with links to the sale page as fast as my little plastic legs could carry me but about two minutes after I posted it, THIS happened when you clicked on the link.

I HAVE THE POWER [LORDS] !

On the 12th day of Hoardsmas, my pal Hoardax showed to me:

A scanned-in photo of the distant past.

Sing it! Sing along now if you know the words!

Don't.

Seriously. No! Don't!

Stop. Stop it.

Welcome to the Virtual Toy Chest Of Hoardsmas Past.

As regular Hoard Worlders will duly note, Hoardax is a creature of mystery. Rarely seen in public and more recently, barely even seen ONLINE - only a select few of the legions of Hoard Worlders worldwide even know what Hoardax looks like to the naked eye!

To preserve his identity, we had considered using state of the art photo-editing technology to alter Hoardax's childhood face or perhaps replace it with a cartoon version of  Hordak who was 15% different to avoid copyright, but NO!

That all just felt too much like effort.

Effort that could be better spent talking about the POWER LORDS.

And now, without any further ado: Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Hoardax!

The following passage was taken straight from his upcoming, as-yet unfinished memoir I've Collected Toys My Entire Life And All I Got Is This Ridiculous Amount Of Stuff Everywhere AND This Stupid T-shirt. Due Summer 2056! Look for it in all good book stores if they still exist!

I can still remember the first time I saw Adam Power.

Heck, I have a photo of me the first time I ever saw Adam Power just in case I forget.
